mobi.contact provides an online tool allowing professionals (merchants, artisans, freelancers, associations) to create a personalized showcase page aggregating their links, social networks, and contact information.
The service offers a free trial period with no commitment. At the end of this period, access to editing the showcase page will be suspended, unless a paid annual subscription is selected (current rate: €59 incl. VAT/year).
The user is solely responsible for the content published on their showcase page (texts, images, external links). The user agrees to comply with applicable laws and warrants not to publish any illegal, hateful, or misleading content. mobi.contact reserves the right to remove any non-compliant showcase page without prior notice.
The publisher makes every effort to ensure the service is available 24/7. However, it cannot be held liable in the event of temporary interruptions for technical maintenance or due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
Payments are processed through the secure interface of our partner, PayPal. mobi.contact does not collect or store any banking or credit card details.
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (and European directives on digital content), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not performed on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. The user can cancel the automatic renewal at any time directly within their client dashboard. No partial refunds will be issued after the billing period has commenced.
Information collected during registration is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy and is strictly used to ensure the proper functioning and delivery of the service.
